"This is by far the most unprofessional business I have ever been a client to in my life. We had an issue with our residential AC unit in May. They told us they need to replace a part and took our whole AC unit to repair it. It is now the END OF JUNE and we are still waiting for this company to repair and deliver back our AC unit! I have called 5 times a week for 2 months now and the same lady with the *I don’t care* tone tells me they will call us back later in the day, yet never does. This happens every day on the phone. You know it’s bad when the man who works for them tells me they wave off clients all the time and don’t care. It is actually comical how bad their customer service is. We told them we will pay whatever they want and to just come as fast as they can and we have not heard from them since. Long story short, do not use their service! Horrible!"

"I had Flynn air come to my house to give me a quote on work I needed done to my AC unit. Their representative showed up and took a brief look at the issue and then told me there would be a $99 service fee. I was surprised of the charge since he didn’t do anything, but I paid it. I was then told I would be hearing back from the office with a quote for the work to be done. I contacted the office multiple times for 3 weeks trying to get a quote so that I could give them business. Finally by the time I received the quoteI decided to use another company. If a company takes 3 weeks to give me a simple quote (not a full hvac install), I cant imagine how long it would take to actually get any real work done. I come home today to a invoice from Flynn stating I owe them $99 for this bogus service fee where the guy didn’t do anything. Luckily I had my paid invoice that the representative gave me for proof. Do yourself a favor and use another company. Luckily I was only out $99, but I could only imagine what happens if you actually use this company for real work."

"On June 28th during a heat wave in New York our whole house air conditioner failed. We have had a contract with Flynn-Air for 20 years. Our last preventative maintenance was done in early June 2021. We called regarding the failure and never received a response. With the prediction of over 90 degree temperatures we called Around the Clock Refrigeration and Heating. They were at the house within hours. They diagnosed the issue and made the repair. They were responsive, professional, friendly and the repair was done quickly at a reasonable price. Flynn-Air was either overwhelmed or just are not responsive to emergencies."
