"Their service and treatment of a customer is pathetic . I had them pick up my riding mower on Oct -30-23 . I called them after 3 days their manager told me he didn’t have time to do anything. I went there after over two weeks to see how there’re doing . This manager told me that he ordered the solenoid without calling me right off the bet as to how long this would take . When I asked how long will it be for them to get this solenoid he said it will be sometime in January 2024 . That’s over 2 months from the time they received my mower . He didn’t even notify me by phone that he ordered this solenoid and that it would take over two months to get it , supposedly. I said ok forget it , just bring back my mower. So he said it will be it over 186 dollars , 70 dol for transport and the rest diagnosing and no repair done . I offered to pay him by credit card , to that he said you’re a disgruntled costumer and you’ll pay me by cash or this mower stays here till you do . He even threatened to call the police on me . Next day I brought the cash and paid him this rip off price of 186 dollars for doing nothing . This mower repair place has the worst possible service with the most sorry , rude , ignorant, pathetic so called manager I have ever seen . I rate them at 5 stars NEGATIVE."
