City Plumbing Heating Air conditioning & Drain Cleaning

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I was quoted $650 to snake/clear a clogged sewer line. Fine. The plumber complained the whole time, saying to was like nothing he had ever seen before and while my toilet is removed and there is sewage spewing all over my bathroom floor, he says that he’s charging me more. Final cost- $900. Then proceeds to say they will only accept cash or Zelle. (Even though the work order/receipt says “all major credit cards accepted” right on it). I notice that the bathroom, kitchen and living room floors are still wet from the sewage and asked if he was going to clean them up. His response- “I can’t. I already used all of your paper towels” STAY AWAY from this company at all costs! UPDATE- I understand that the cost of an estimate can increase. I don’t understand how a plumber doesn’t clean up the area after doing the work; leaving literal sewage on the bathroom, kitchen and living room floors. ADDITIONALLY, I had an issue with the plumber himself making harassing comments to me, which I wasn’t going to mention on here to “save face”, but I called the company that night and reported it and was told someone would call me back the next day to further handle it and nobody did. I called back again the next evening and was told the same thing, but unsurprisingly, nobody called back again. So if you want a company that uses plumbers that do not clean up after the work is done and continuously ask you inappropriate questions about your sex life, go ahead and hire these guys. Otherwise- STAY AWAY!"

"Very rude! I called the business, explained the problem, ask for an estimate. The person answered the call, refused to provide any estimate. When I asked him whether he can be ready to repair if the estimate is accepted on the job site. He just hung up! It is my believe that only trying to cheat business doesn't want to provide an estimate."
