He wasn't making a hard sell, just giving me options and I appreciated it. While he was here, I mentioned an issue with our shower's water temperature. He looked at it, explained clearly what he thought it could be (two options) and kept me informed the whole time. He did a great job, arrived when he said he would. When I forgot to call him to let him know that I got the toilet, he took the initiative to reach out to me. Very nice, professional, and thorough."
