"I dropped my computer off on a Saturday. They told me they'd do the diagnostic and get back to me by Sunday or Monday at the latest. I tried calling all day Monday and Tuesday but the local geek squad number sends you to a call center. They couldn't give me any updates and kept saying that someone from the store would call me, but they never did. I finally had to go there on Tuesday evening in person and it turned out they hadn't even checked the computer yet."
"These folks at the Mt Vernon location were great they analyzed the problem, gave me a price and looked for ways to save me money on the repair, they fixed the original problem and have been working remotely to fix and additional issue that developed after the original fix, special shout-out Emerie for her professionalism and attentiveness. Disregard all those bad reviews. These guys are great."

Khedijah really took her time with helping me when she really didn't have too so I want to thank you again for your great costumer service and persistences. She should be part of your squad or managing it."
