"Hi, I went to Bobby's T.V. repair to about a tv I wanted fixed; I found that it wasn't fixable. As it turns out; I purchased a 42" Samsung in mint condition and it was definitely worth it. Better than the one I wanted fixed. I was impressed with they're customer service and family warmth..Thank you guys very much you'll absolutely get more of business."

"These guys are hustlers. For them to even look at your tv it’s $60. They tell you oh if your tv cracks while we’re fixing it, it’s not our problem it’s yours. They’ll tell you your TV will be ready in a week, my tv wasn’t ready for 3 weeks and that’s because I harassed them. The guy gave me this story about a part coming in and basically it’s a refurbished part and the tv picture doesn’t look so great. I paid $210 overall for a 65 inch and Honestly I should of just bought a new TV. Don’t waste your time just buy a new TV."

"Charges $60 to pick the TV up drop it off just for them to tell you cost more than the TV to fix that is probably the worst way to run a business! The idea is for them to give you an estimate of how much it’s going to cost lol so they’re basically charging you no matter where you live no matter how close or far you are to tell you what’s wrong with the TV.
