"Made an appointment . They didn't show up. Called and said they would call in a few hours for an ETA. They called back and wanted to reschedule in 3 weeks. Took my business elsewhere."

"I try to book local but unfortunately I had a poor experience as well. Booked out an appointment a few weeks in advance and when the day finally came, there was no confirmation email or call. So about 1.5 hours after the appointment was supposed to begin, I called and they said my name was on the list for that day and that's it. No explanation at all. I decided to work at home for the day so thought that they'd show up later. Nope. No one showed up and no call to explain or reschedule, now a week later. Also, every time I called them they answered the phone with just a "Hello?" like they were surprised they received a phone call. I always had to ask them if this was Geller Chimney. I don't see how they can be recommended."

"I had an appointment for the first time to clean my chimney last Sunday. I called the day before and confirmed by appointment for Sunday, October 9th between 10am - 12pm. I didn't hear from anyone, and it was 12:45pm. So, I called and was informed that the technician professional had an emergency and will not be able to make it. I was then informed the next available appointment was in a month. Why would I reschedule? Firstly, no one called me to advise me that no one will be showing up to my home. I had to reach out to them after almost waiting three hours. Secondly, you are accommodating me by rescheduling a month away. Don't do me any favors. Lastly, when I call the next day in the morning no one called me back and the women I left a message with told me to make sure my line was free so I can be available. I called again in the afternoon waited on hold to finally speak to a “manager”, Ralph. He informed me they have only one person in our area of Yonkers to clean chimney’s and he had an accident on Sunday. Which is nut since they are in Irvington 20 minutes away from by home. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I would never us them. This review in no way against the technician and I truly hope the technician recovers quickly. It’s not on him that a chimney company has one person cleaning chimneys."
