"Dexter was great. He called before showing up and explained safety procedures and protocols. He then wore PPE and booties so he didn’t track in any dirt. He went over everything he was checking and doing. He gave advice for maintaining the appliance and how to help keep issues from happening. Great Service!"
"Dexter the technician was very pleasant. Unfortunately, we noticed an issued when he left. I called him 3 times and left 2 messages and he didn't reply. By the time i gor downstairs he had drove off.He is the second technician that has been in my home from Sears to fix this issue and the fact it is completely fixed is a bit bothersome."
"Technician for my washer has a great personality. He was engaging and tried to fix the problem. Quick rinse cycle worked but he couldn’t stay for a full load to run. Unfortunately, halfway through the wash cycle, the machine died. I was unable to contact him on the number he called me from to report that the washer didn’t work."
"It's been very frustrating working with Sears Appliance Repair company. This is actually the 5th trip on trying to fix the same problem. I came to believe that the problem could not be fixed. This last technician has fixed it, hopefully. A particular technician just comes to order parts upon parts. Another comes behind him infuriated to replace part ordered. Another cancels the appointment last minute at 5pm. Just this last technician has endeavored to do his job professionally."
"Tech had been here two weeks prior to today. He knew the issues, he returned today stating this is a two man job that would take at least up to 2hrs to Change the machine Bearings. He came alone and then calculated the cost for the job, told me I had to pay for it today for him to return in two weeks. WHO PAYS FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICE BEFORE IT IS RENDERED? I was disturbed with his coming unprepared and asking for payment for a job before it's done."
