"I just moved into the brand new 55+ apartments and I love it here. The views are breathtaking, the maintenence people are pleasant, timely and great and my apartment is sunny, spacious and quiet. I feel like I am on vacation , living in a resort. And the ladies in the rental office are wonderful and so helpful. I ❤️ this place."

"The actual property of King Isle is nice, i have no complains in that part. Where i do have a complain is their corporate office. I went to go tour the apartments with my partner, we were super excited and wanted to apply instantly. I filled out the paperwork via email and sent multiple emails back and forth with the Leasing Agent; she was wonderful. While i was away from home i got an email asking for my partners and I’s paystubs. Obviously i cannot give those paystubs out while i’m away from home along with my partner at work he cannot either. After an hour or so passed I get a call saying we got denied, the lady i talked to on the phone was very nice and clearly stated she doesn’t know why we got denied, the corporate office doesn’t tell her and will send a letter out explaining why. A few weeks later we get a letter in the mail saying we didn’t make enough. I don’t understand how we could’ve gotten denied or had the excuse that we didn’t make enough without even having the chance to finish sending in the paperwork. This is extremely unfair and disappointing from an apartment complex we were looking forward too."

"We have rented our two bedroom, two bath apartment for a year. The view of the Round Lake Nature Preserve is a peaceful and calming view that we get to experience from our quaint porch every day. We do not need amenities so this apartment works for us. We are surrounded by wonderful people and feel blessed."

At least once a week we find each other saying, “Don’t you just love it here?” Crystal, from the rental office, has been an absolute pleasure to deal with since we decided to move here. She has gone above and beyond to help whenever I had any questions or needed anything at all. The setting is extremely peaceful and within minutes you have all the stores you need. A++. In other words, I highly recommend!!"
