"Unfortunately, they never informed me about annual taxes untill the 3rd year of me going here. No follow up phones calls, and little to no professionalism. Go else where for better service."

"I was very dissatisfied and frustrated with the service I have received from the new entity thus far (previous owner sold the business). I never had these issues with the previous owner. I was trying to be patient because I'm sure the transition/merge was challenging but there are definitely deficits in your system. I dropped my taxes off in Lindenhurst at the N. Wellwood office on 2/11 with K. Over the weeks, I would reach out periodically to find out the status of things. Eventually I was sent signature pages and direct deposit verification forms to fill out. I filled them out and scanned them into their new system. I was in touch with someone in the office to verify it was received. It was. I also was very clear that my bank account on file was closed and I sent the updated bank information. At one point, I found out my taxes were done and I asked K to have my documents mailed to me. I waited at least two weeks and they never arrived. I called recently and found out they were never sent. They sent them the day of my second call. I received the documents today (3/20) and the envelope was wide open and not sealed, exposing all of my financial information. Lo and behold, when I looked at the documents and I see that my God damn bank information was never updated! So now, my money is going to an account that doesn't exist. In over 40 years of filing taxes, I have never seen this level of incompetence. Time to find a new CPA."

"Agree with previous review, all though they are pleasant people working there, its completely unprofessional the way emails are not responded to , phone calls not returned and such poor communication is considered acceptable. Where is the office management?!"
