"Attempted to purchase a cricut easy press 3. They would not give me a receipt with the actual item I purchased on the receipt, instead it said “paper crafts” The easy press 3 is not even a paper craft machine. In the back, it’s listed that if you want to return the item, you need a receipt that specifically says the item name with it unopened. This is a scam. I’ll be purchasing this on Amazon. I will never shop here again."

"I was over charged today by 13.00 on a $3.99 artificial flower. I didn’t realize it till I got home. Shelley B the cashier on my receipt hit the wrong button. No scanning done at any Hobby Lobby’s which can cause human error. Very mad that I had to travel back to the store to get a refund. They have no customer service desk so I had to go to a cashier that had long lines and I held up everyone behind me in line. Not happy. Advice: don’t leave the store without checking your receipt."
