"Very unresponsive to requests, rude, unaccomadating. Multiple issues, personal tax documents and fathers estate documents. Very difficult in expediting requests for time sensitive documents. April gave me a hard time and hung up on me. After requesting past tax documents be sent to me I was told it was stored off site ( a lie) and it would take a month before they could retrieve them. I still havent received them."
