"DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. Roswitha Weidlich failed to get taxes filed on time. She was rude, unprofessional, unable to answer questions or open a pdf. She never responded to numerous messages and emails as a tax preparer. She then became crazed when finally confronted the day after tax day and claimed she is overwhelmed and unable to complete her work due to her advanced age, etc. Rose hangs up on clients, fails to file taxes on time and is incompetent and downright rude & nasty. The manager is unable to run the office or oversee workers in a competent manner. If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD."

"I went to the Oceanside location for 7 yrs. Ada did my taxes. The year covid started the Oceanside office was closed & was told that Ada wasn't working that yr so i went to another location. The last 2 yrs I have been going to the Valley Stream office. The lady that did my taxes told me that Ada did the last 3 yrs of my taxes wrong instead of a refund i was stuck paying.$3,000 over a 3 yr time. The lady Ms. Rose at the Valley Stream office did my taxes 2019 taxes i didn't owe anything... but 2020 taxes she claimed that i owed $53.00 for the prior yr...another error that cost ME! And WHY do they only take care of new customers & not returning!!!"

"I get that this is tax season making them very busy but the professionalism is very very poor. Jay Cohen on numerous occasions told me he would call me back with information on my taxes and each time it was me having to call him. It was always the same excuse being given that he will call me back that it’s very busy. Once again I get that it’s busy but if you tell someone you will call them back then call them back even if it’s to tell them you need more time. Just because I’m handicap for the moment and can’t go into the business like anyone else doesn’t mean that my customer service experience should be any less than what someone walking in gets."

"Courteous and knowledgeable staff from the front end to the cubicle. The accountant Rita Graves is trustworthy, professional, intelligent and funny. She anticipates any possible questions or issues and explains things thoroughly. She completes the taxes quickly yet she doesn’t make you feel like a number. I know she is doing the best by me and that is why I keep coming back to her."
