"Absolutely rude and shady. I came in to be fingerprinted. There is a man that sits in the front, behind a desk in a glass cubicle (Brown; Indian). I came in, smiled to say hello and he never looks up to acknowledge me. I look around to see there was a clipboard on the other side of the room so I sign in and sit down. A hispanic man comes in, and just like myself doesn't get greeted, never looks around, the man sees the clipboard and then sits down. About 15mins into waiting a yte woman comes in and an OVERLY ENTHUSIASTIC "hi, how are you!?" Then asks her to sign in. Another hispanic looking gentleman comes in , again nothing and me and the other guy point and tells him to sign in... Its very distasteful and rude to have a racial biased when you yourself are of color. Rethink who you have in front as the face of your business, because it will surely be a reflection of your establishment and detergent business for you."

"Horrible experience. I went in for finger printing, my appointment was for 3:20. It's now 4:30 and I still haven't been seen. When I walked in the guy told me they go by appointment times and he ends up taking all these people before mme. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION, HORRIBLE WAIT TIME, DONT WAIST YOUR TIME."
