"Please avoid giving this company your business if at all possible. The leasing office neglects to take care of any issues, and rarely responds to emails or phone calls. The apartments are falling apart, and the radiators didn't work properly. The leasing office will also do anything it can to scam as much money as possible from the tenants, using incredibly predatory business practices. Renting from this company causes nothing but constant stress, and I don't have a single positive thing to say about them."

"I lived there for two years, it was fine the first year, then they changed managers and the new one wouldn't take care of anything, no repairs, took forever to fix the washing and drying machines, an apartment got bedbugs and they didn't take care of that either and tried to trick me into moving to that apartment. When I realized I decided to leave and not renew my lease. Even then I had to beg for them to come and inspect my apartment. I literally had to book several appointments and finally I had to sit at their office and wait for someone to go with me and check the place. Never got my security deposit even though everything was fine in the inspection. The heating couldn't be louder but the worse was definitely the management team. I give one star bc you can't give no stars, stay away. *After the initial review I did get my security deposit."

"Terrible living conditions. Had to file formal complaint with the City of Rochester Code enforcement to get them to turn on my radiators last year. Upstairs neighbors flooded their apartment by clogging the toilet and it leaked into my kitchen. This year, improper maintenance caused a radiator to blow up in my apartment and spew blood-scented silty water all over me and my kitchen. Thank goodness they never fixed that radiator or else I would be in the hospital for burns! All of the apartments are in major disrepair yet somehow they think charging $750 a month is acceptable. AVOID!"
