"Apartments are clean and the remnants are usually friendly"

"Used Bait and Switch tactics to try and rent us an apartment at $200 more a month (than listed). Payed our $40 total application fee to wait 12 days (app states 10 day maximum) and find out the first apartment was already rented out. Found another listing we were interested in, and after 3 weeks of waiting for responses (and calling 4 times) finally got a lease with an increased price that they refused to change. Find other places you can stay at to use as leverage and don't be as friendly as we were with management. They will not reciprocate it back."

"Great townhomes in a great area with great management! Huge master bedroom and very nice living and dining areas. Having an unfinished basement for storage was also super convenient. Rent was very reasonable too. Management was always very friendly and helpful, and maintenance was pretty quick the few times we needed them."

"UPDATE The noisy next door neighbors have moved on! The property manager and his team are still terrific; they installed this lovely pendant light for me. ORIGINAL Nice location but not always quiet. Parents talk loudly and children shout while waiting for the school bus. Periodic banging from the family next door. Master bedroom is spacious but the other two bedrooms are very small. Back patio space is small but the view of the woods adds character to an otherwise very plain community (all the townhouse exteriors are the same color palette with only a slight change of structure for the ranch units). Screen/storm outer door is not provided (you can buy one yourself). The kitchen and bathrooms are small and not high-end modern, but neither is the rent as high as other places that offer those gorgeous amenities. The property manager is a great guy, with a very affable/capable team, and the online portal is easy to use and very useful."

"This place was beautiful!! very spacious with high-end efficiency appliances - which kept the electricity bill low!!! It also has a large basement for all your storage needs. We had a game room down there as well as storage!! The complex is small enough to keep traffic low and still have that "community" feeling!! Very kid friendly as it has an open field where the kids play!! The trail at the end of the complex leads to open fields which was great for our dog!! Our neighbors were awesome and we watched out for each other. I always very felt safe!!! Evan, the complex manager, went above and beyond to help in anyway and Brad was always there if something was needed. I called once in the three years I was there for a leaky gutter. It was fixed within 2 days!!! I would still be there had I not been looking to downsize (my girls are out on their own now). I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to send their kids to a great school district (Churchville, Chili), live in a safe, state of the art- beautiful townhouse with tons of space!!"
