"I previously posted a positive review of this bussiness. You have to be out of your mind to go do your tax at liberty. My state tax return has been printed since April 23rd. I am being bounced between Archer and Hillside. Totally unacceptable. I don't think they deserve one star. Never seen anything like it. Unprofessional."

"A rush job. Didn't find me any money. I went online at home and within 20 minutes I found thousands! She also couldn't figure out how to add my wife to my return or itemize a simple 1099. I found over $5,000 in deductions. I also was never asked about charitable donations. I donate every week to my church, amongst other places. I brought my SSI papers for when I wasn't working. Bringing my income up by $15,000. She didn't look at it. I brought my tax documents from my HMO. She ignored it. Which would cause a penalty on me."
