"Office is very clean, receptionist is friendly and professional. My tax preparer Barbara Vega is very professional, friendly and helpful. I feel like she is looking out for me not just rushing me out the door to make a fee. She is a lovely person, you can ask questions and she explains what is going on. A pleasure to work with her to do my taxes."

"Took “tax pros” at this location 3 hours to file my taxes incorrectly, leaving out forms that denied my state refund and failing to provide my bank information, which means my taxes were overdue and I had to pay a fee. HR Block said they’d reimburse me, but they haven’t and won’t answer their phones or keep appointments. It’s pathetic. They get two stars because somehow, they didn’t mess up my federal return. At this point, though, I think that was an accident lol. Don’t pay them"

"It was not a good experience. Filed my taxes with Barbara. Shes nice but didn’t get the job done. It’s been a year and I haven’t gotten my tax refund. She told me to be patient and I have been. Not coming here again. Not really a good experience for my first tax return"

"I arrived prepared for an appointment and waited an hour without reason. HR Block saw other people who arrived after me and did not tell me why I was still waiting. Terrible customer service and I left because of it. I’ll have someone who knows how to treat customers respectfully do my taxes."

"The person I did my taxes with was helpful. However, I later learned I needed to submit an amended tax return I came here to drop off the forms since here is where I did my taxes. I just needed to print it out but I was informed that no one was available to help me with my amended return and that I wouldn’t be able to print out the form despite the fact that I am a customer there and that it was just one form. Very upset at this and that they were very unhelpful. I went to a different office where they were much more helpful and attentive."
