"If you are going to use their virtual service and earn less than $40,000 avoid these names, Miguel Morales and Mildred Marajh or Millie Marajh. Miguel never answered, and after three days I got Mildred or Millie. Have been one week and they still haven't finish the taxes. Weird thing is, trying to contact them, another tax pro told me that they even recommend me to do it by e-file because it was faster! Also even if I chose Bayside, they transferred me to College-Point. I'm calling 6-1-1 to be sure this wasn't any type of discrimination and to put a red flag on them. There's have been zero apologies in this matter from their parts."

"This isn't my first time using H&R but the first time i used their online service. It's a Absolutely a disgrace! this isn't specifically about this branch since I submitted my paperwork online but This goes for the entire company in general. Submitted my paperwork admittedly with only a few days remaining but they did get processed by the 4/14/22. I declined the optional HR services and the file went back into review. It has now sat in review since then, the "Tax Pro" has ignore every message I sent and pleas for him to call me back. I have no direct number for this "Pro". Complained directly to Corporate and got a case # and was told I would be contacted within 48 hours. THAT WAS LAST TUESDAY! WHERE ARE MY RETURNS ???? WHY WILL H&R Block not contact me back? Maybe because I didn't pay for their extra services?? I think so ! Warning to all potential clients you better pay extra for their services or you will be punished!!!! You might see the response from these scammers but at the end of the day i had lost thousands in fees to HR, NYS and IRS. The "Tax Experts" are not and the company backs them up no matter how incompetent they are."
