"I had my 2020 return prepared here and the price was extremely high and not discussed until after it was prepared which took approximately 2 hours (it was supposed to take 1). I figured it's done and agreed to pay them and now I'm being audited by New York state. Their website states if there was a problem they would handle it to which I called and was told I would have an answer as to where my original W2 statements are. I'm still waiting for that call and now will be handling this on my own. Don't ever use HR Block."
