H&R Block

"So, I’ve been doing my taxes with H&R Block online for years and always added tax pro to it just in case to make sure everything is good and never had a problem until this day. I did my taxes as normally paid for tax pro to review and e file it for me. Well, the tax pro I got this year name Shantie she made a mistake on my state return when she e filed it and my state has been rejected. I call the state they give me the reason and told me that she needs to fix one box where she was supposed to put 4 digit political subdivision code and change my city and county since it didn’t match my address which I don’t even understand how that happen. When I call her and told her that it seems like she was going to fix it at least she sounded like she was going to fix it. Hour later that day she message me that she is having difficulty sending my tax return back to me and please to be patient which I did for a while. Then when I didn’t hear anything from her I call back that’s when she said she can fix it and that I have to call support and I did. I spent hours with them on the phone and finally the result was that my tax pro expert have to fix it from her end. Here I go and call her back and now she either is unavailable or reply to my messages nothing at all which I find very unprofessional and disappointing. It’s been 2 weeks like that. I keep calling different numbers that her person at the desk gave me and no one can help they all sending me back to my tax pro expert which will not answer my calls or messages. I work hard overnight taking care of my 3 children and hardly get any sleep because of trying to get someone to help me. The last call I made yesterday to H&R Block they were going to assign me a different tax pro expert to see if that person knows what he is doing and can fix it for me and e file again for state to accept and nothing no one is reaching out back to me. At this point I feel really desperate and don’t even know what else to do. If I can only do it myself I would already done it. At this day the issue still remains and it’s not resolved. This is the worst experience I had ever had and worst tax pro expert that wouldn’t even get back to me and doesn’t seems like she even want to help. I would not recommend Shantie to no one. I’m not person that usually writes reviews or complaints but this is just unacceptable."
