"These people are charming con artist who will have you believe their doing their very best with your tax return while never explaining what they're doing on your return or letting you see what their doing on the computer and juggling multiple clients and paperwork at one time and taking pictures of your private documents and asking you to email them your private documents which can ultimately lead to identity theft and loss tax returns so beware of the chaos that ensues in this place."
"I wish I would have read the reviews before taking my taxes to these frauds. They’re definitely charming but they’re wolves in sheep clothing. I wonder if they’re even legally allowed to operate this type of business. At most they probably watched a few YouTube videos on how to file taxes and came up with a scheme to call themselves tax professionals. Carlos (the head of this whole operation) doesn’t even have a professional email address. I’m going to have to go and get my taxes done again by real professionals. Beware this place!"
