"I had Samantha helped me . Everyone else was helpful but her energy came off like she was uninterested to help . She felt as if she was new to the job cause she disregarded half the stuff I said and asked for another person for help based off the question I asked . Brushed me off to the gentleman who helped me jus so she can run off to lunch . Even her co workers were asking me did she do this did she charge me here and noticed how how she left something open while she claimed she was done with me . I don’t usually write reviews but she completely sucked"

"Failed to ask me the Cryptocurrency question about selling and buying. Also did not return phone call when I asked why was I getting less than the projected taxed Income. And seemed like she was rushing my return, hence forgetting to ask me the Cryptocurrency question. Other than these negatives everything was fine."
