"Worst Public Notary, I got a Power of attorney this pass January and was never inform I needed witness. when I went to my banks just to file the POA from Ms. Laboy, 2 lawyers from different banks told me the POA need to be re-do because I need 2 witness. Why she didn't tell me that before I paid her $150? So I went yesterday June 14, to re-do the POA, never call me so I went to the office, now her assistant, not her because she's never in the office, said I have to pay for another POA because it passed 6 months, I got my POA on January,2022, which is 5 months. Also always has an excuse why they couldn't answer the phone, first not enough assistants, second no internet. Botton line, I wasted $150 which if very hard for us since my husband lost his job recently. Do not go there, take my word for it."

All their customers are treated the same, they collect your information and charge you fees promising good service but its really just talk. Once they take your money they make themselves unavailable and screw up all your paperwork so you’ll have only 2 options, pay them more money or remain with your fillings screwed.
