"Used this location back in 2022 for my 2021 taxes. It was my first time using their service and I thought it was pretty ok for what it was. But now in 2023 I'm getting a letter and call from the IRS that my taxes were filed wrong and now I owe them borderline 30k. How does something get messed up that much?"

"I have been attending H&R Block with my wife for about 5 years now . Today I was extremely dissatisfied with their service . We scheduled an appointment for today about 3 weeks ago, to find out someone by the name Victoria Gorman canceled our appointment WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION as per the front desk . My wife left an hour early from work to get here on time . To come to this , unbelievable."
