"Very disappointed in the professionalism of the live-in maintenance guy. During end of year walk through, he rolled his eyes at me and stormed out of the apartment without another word being said because I stated that he did not explain a protocol to me. I brought a witness to that walk through because I have not trusted him the entire year. After he stormed out and left, he proceeded to text me to tell me what to do. I am very disappointed that a grown gentleman had acted the way he did. To continue, It is impossible to speak to the landlords about any issues. I immediately called the office to speak to the landlord about the situation of the walkthrough that I had experienced, and to this hour (a week later), I have still not received a phone call back. It is unacceptable to not be able to speak about concerns in a timely manner with the landlord."
