"Overcharges students because they know that a student probably has nowhere else to go. First apartment was not very nice and was very expensive. Second apartment was nice but small, I literally moved across the street to an apartment that is twice the size for half the price. Usually rude when I asked any questions about the terms of the lease. Forget about getting your whole security deposit back, it doesn't matter how well you clean the place or how much time you spend doing it, you'll get charged for something. In my first apartment my roommates and I shampooed the carpet 5 times and re-painted most of the walls and still got charged over $300 for "cleaning"."
