"Update: Cant get ahold of anyone who will maintain helath and safety in the park. We currently have a hude Rat infestation that Duke Properties is not taking care of that they have pictuees of the problem and whybits happening but care more about your money then your safety or the safety of others. Will update again if they ever start to be a company that is responsible for its parks. 1/10 would not reconmend to even someone you dont like. Difficult to deal with and not to kean to return phone calls. They don't take cash and it cost more to pay by card. It is run by book led lawyers and they are more worried about taking your money then they are about making sure there isn't raw seweg in your yard for almost 3 months before they do anything about it. I have graded the driveway twice in almost 3 years at the location I'm at and the previous owns never compensated me and the new owners don't seem to care but that's understandable cause it probably wasn't brought to their attention. I always Pay 6months at a time by cash until they took over now its a pain in the a** and it's an not tech idiot friendly and you can only do it online and don't wait for a call back otherwise you be getting a notice long before anyone calls to help you with what you got going on with paying your rent."

"Constant switching of property managers, not abiding by the lease, and lack of professionalism, Shane himself the owner is great. His property managers are discriminatory, and unprofessional. Fixes take forever if not thru Shane himself. And they seriously need better accountants as well. Like I said Shane himself is great. It's his employees that are often the issue."

"They are trying to clean up the area I live in. They could be better at informing tenants of maintenance on the water system or roads. Communication is spotty. It's a property management company that is 1.5 hours away. I'm not expecting top-notch services."

"Rented with Duke Properties for 3 years and was always satisfied. Maintenance never took more than 1 day to acknowledge a problem and always fixed any issue as quickly as possible. 5 stars."

"An absolute joke. This place took over as landlords where we live and THEY have created nothing but problems from the start. We get random citations for things we didn’t even do, i.e: prop manager(?) drove by and noticed ashes in the burn pit that’s been here since we moved in and wrote us a citation for having fires. Just because we have a fire pit from BEFORE you owned the land we live on, doesn’t mean you can accuse us of fires we didn’t have. It’s frustrating to get a notice for something you didn’t do on a day and hour that you were working. Also due to miscommunication between the old landlord and new landlord, they pulled some absolute shady moves and sent an eviction instead of calling us then tried to charge us for the processor THEY sent out when our rent was already paid. We pay our rent on time and live lives just like THEY do. Leave us alone and stop making up random fees. And maybe come out and fix the problems that you choose to ignore? It’s not my fault you can’t afford your bills and try to nickel and dime me. I’ve never had so many issues while living here until these whiners took over. Take my money and leave me aloneeeeee!"
