"I was nervous based on other reviews. But my experience has been amazing. I have never met a better manager than Kathy, super helpful and fun to chat with. Mike is quick with repairs and equally kind. The layout of only four people per building has made for the quietest apartment experience I have ever had. I would definitely recommend renting here. If you are upstairs tho I’d invest in a window ac unit bc that is the only downfall."

"I've lived in apartments in several major (and not so major) cities over the past 15 years and without a doubt, Parklawn has been my FAVORITE living situation! The apartments are beautiful, updated and well-maintained, and so comfortable. Lots of windows and natural light, so much closet space, and only 4 units per building so it's quiet and never an issue sharing the laundry machines in each building. Management and maintenance are always kind, attentive, and a joy to see around. They truly care about making sure their tenants are comfortable. There are lots of families with fantastic kids, and Parklawn is incredibly pet-friendly! My dog gets to socialize with people and other pups every time we step out and it's the best!"

"I highly recommend Ms. Germano, whom oversees all. She is extremely personable and helpful. Her response time to any issue I have had has been immediate. The complex is always beautifully maintained, lots of beautiful greenery surrounding the place. I really enjoy living here and plan to stay a long time."

"Just moved in to the apartment a couple weeks ago and everything has been great. Our neighbors are friendly and it is within walking distance to the local grocery store and CVS. The property manager and maintenance personnel have both been responsive to any questions we’ve had thus far. The apartment has been recently renovated and everything looks great inside. Got hit with a pretty big snow storm this past weekend and they were quick to get the parking lots and roadways plowed out, even on a Sunday! Overall great experience, would have no hesitation recommending parklawn apartments to friends or family looking for a place to rent in the Honeoye area!"

"I lived there for 2 years and couldn't be anymore pleased about this place. You have 24hr onsite Maintenance, who responds very quickly! The apartments are very clean and the new renovation of them is FANTASTIC. Looks brand new and I always get compliments when people come to visit. Being a working professional and having to wake up real early for work, The quiet hours are very good here because no one bothers you and the neighbors are respectful. The management is always looking out for you and is always available to ask questions. JD"
