"Most of the residents here are petty and mean spirited. If you don't "fit" in their select group, you are harassed and made fun of. My friend told me she was ridiculed when she lived here, and now I am experiencing it first hand. The maintenance man (only 1) is supposed to be here 15 hours a week. If he puts in 3 it would be a miracle. He runs around on the lawnmower going at least 30! He's been told several times about this, but still does it. The person that creates all the dissension among the residents was best friends with the property manager so nothing was ever said to her. I feel sorry for anyone who chooses to make this their home. Beware. Proceed with caution!"
