"As a long time client, they have really declined in service. It would be nice to call and have somebody pick up the phone. Emails go unreplied for weeks. I do my business taxes here and can not get a fast reply back. It recently took me 4 weeks to ask them a question, only to find out they never worked on it. That leaves me very vulnerable and could mean losing money. Talking to their assistants will get you nowhere. They explain they are too busy. Maybe they need to hire more staff. Terrible, poor customer service. The CPA however is a very nice guy and knowledgeable. They always act like they are too busy. Perhaps they don't need my business!"

"If you want a reliable accountant to answer your questions and concerns, do NOT go to them nor call them for advice. They will answer you very rudely like you're wasting their time. The owners are good and very nice that's where the ONE STAR came from... however; one of the lady that works there is extremely rude and impatient. If I know how to file taxes and do all these that they're doing, I wouldn't need them in the first place! It's not like their services are cheap, they're quite expensive. I don't mind paying but at least show me some respect and manners!"
