"Went to do an application here almost 4 years ago. Lady in the office was rude and said that each household member had to make at least 3 times the rent amount which sounded crazy that would’ve been over $15,000mth. If we made that we would have brought a house or get a luxury townhouse at that time. However we end up Moving into a townhouse in Hilton that was modern and cheaper than this place. Soon after, we BROUGHT a house in Greece that was newly remodeled only 2 years old. Now we’re in a home that is well worth it."

"You need a lifeguard to swim here. If you are an adult you will not be allowed to prevent yourself from drowning you need a high school junior to gaze on you in the pool. This company is a sham and a hotel if you opened a b and b in Attica state prison. They will have a manager tell you what footwear is appropriate to wear. If you are an adult walking barefoot to your mailbox you will be stoped by a middle aged slag in a golf cart to put on shoes. Section 8 housing checks keep this dictatorship in motion. If you wanna spend 1000 per month to be handled like your 11 living at your parents place than this place is for you. And when they gain entry into your leased and legally your property under fault pretences they will have their law enforcement buddy's to steal your property and get a judge to charge you 8000 for them to throw out your stuff. (Really they steal and pawn it)"

"Ridgedale Manor is my first ever apartment. I was a little nervous at first but Karen was able to answer all my questions. My only real complaint was before I even moved in, I wanted to tour the apartment before signing the lease. However, now that it's been a couple of weeks and I'm settled in, I can safely say that the apartment is very nice. The amenities are good, the location is fantastic, and the rent is very reasonable. Overall, I highly recommend Ridgedale Manor to anyone looking for an apartment!"

"I’ve lived here 11 years and I just love it. Every thing is so convenient. The staff in the main office are great people. Karen and Kristen have been here ever since I moved in. They are great ladies to deal with. Very honest, and very helpful. Same with the maintenance people. Very kind and do professional work for you . Very quick to respond too. They are up early winter mornings with the shovels and snow blowers cleaning the walkways etc. I just can’t say enough good things about the people that work here. I really enjoy living here as the neighbors are great and friendly and look out for each other. The grounds are always clean.
