"We have lived here two years now and still appreciate the high ceilings making the open concept living room, kitchen, and dining room combination feel even larger, as well as the large master bedroom easily accommodating our king sized bed with full walk in closet. Staff interactions (rental office, maintenance, etc.. have always been positive and very responsive whenever there has been a need. Sidewalks with gas lighting allow us to take nice walks in our friendly, quiet community as well!"

The home has a large garage, laundry room and a huge master suite. So much storage!! The open living and dining area make it easy to care for and, most of all, easy to relax in. RECOMMENDED!!!"

"Love this place! We have been here for 8 years now. It is a well-maintained complex and any maintenance requests are addressed immediately. The townhomes have lots of storage space and are well built and nicely appointed. Lawn maintenance is done frequently and snow removal is done promptly. The two-car garage is wonderful, especially in Rochester weather. I would recommend this to anyone."
