"I lived here for 4 years, in a studio and later in a 1-bedroom unit. Pros: Beautiful landscapes. Rent is quite affordable. The unit is spacious. The management teams are helpful. When moving out, I got my full security deposit (with normal wear and tear in my unit). Cons: You may hear some noise from neighbors. But it is common for many apartment complexes in the Rochester area. Just don't expect absolute quietness or luxury living. Overall, I'd say this is a nice place to live, clean, safe, and well-maintained."

"As you may know it’s super hard to get an apartment these days. Tammy was super nice when we applied, very friendly and Erica has been amazing. Any time I needed to speak with them, or needed something they were beyond helpful. I have lived in NY, Texas, and Oregon. By far they were the best managers I have dealt with. The cost is reasonable, if you want a brand new apartment , you can find it. Be prepared to pay Double what you do here. It’s a value for the money you pay. My neighbors were good, Good experience."

"Lived in this mold infested slum for way too long. Maintenance is ridiculously incompetent, management is even worse. If you can run away from this place, do so. If you do get blinded by the large floor plans, remember you get to pay to heat and cool that space. Since they are poorly insulated, expect very high rge bills and having to be placed on a budget to afford it. Between rent, high heating and cooling bills, insects, mold, employees, loose dogs....I couldn't get away fast enough. Jusdon't do it"

"I have lived here for 5 years. Number one reason I live here is the price. I have several things that I could complain about for this place. But the number one thing is the parking.The parking here is a joke. The office does not care about you being able to park at your home. They will tell you that each place has enough parking for two cars. But does nothing about random cars taking those two parking spots. They honestly need to just number the spots. But they won't. This is an issue that has been brought up several times to the office. All they do is send out a letter."
