"I am a current resident of Union Square and it’s definitely the best place both my family and myself lived and called home for the past 4 plus years. Union Square is one of the best living communities and it breaks my heart to end my lease after purchasing a new home, so it’s a bitter sweet moment. We love the community, family events, office staff and maintenance crew. I have wonderful neighbors and majority looks out for each other. We’ve made great friends and neighbors. Union Square is very clean, quite and family oriented community. I hope the tenants that take over this apartment will love it as much as we did……CD"

"Ashley the manager here is really not considerate. The apartment electricity gets cut off nearly few times every month. The dog park is really dirty and dull. The apartment is nice but alot of mech failure. Cannot wait to end the lease. Rent is expensive and they really don’t clean the roads during winter that we’ll."

"As i start looking for new apartment complexes/ homes in a new area I feel compelled to write a review of Union square apartments ( as I am looking at them myself for future residencies). I moved to Union square during the pandemic while still engaged to my now husband. Union square has housed me safely and Kindly through being pregnant and seeing my daughter through toddlerhood. The pool is great for kids and the area is peaceful. There are lots of little kids in addition to college students, however it seems we all get along respectfully and neighborly. We have met so many great friends at Union square, especially being away from family during the pandemic. Ed And Ashley are prompt and always get back to you. Ashley is so kind and organized with community events and messages. Once we were locked out and Ed literally was there to let us in 5 minutes later. Nick the maintenance extraordinaire literally is the best! He can fix anything and literally is there whenever anyone needs him. As we take other jobs out of area we are sad to leave our friends at Union square. We did not have to think about buying a home bc we were comfortable with our friends here and the great features of gym/ pool/ dog park. Although it is a bit pricey (we lived in the new section) I do feel like it has been such a great fit for us as a young family. Highly recommend calling and checking it out."
