The staff members are highly professional. Maintenance queries, no matter how minor, are addressed promptly and handled efficiently. They genuinely exhibit care towards the residents and ensure our living experience is the best it can be. Location-wise, it doesn't get much better. Situated in Amherst, it's in close proximity to some of the best restaurants, shops, and entertainment that the area has to offer, while still maintaining peace and tranquility. Without hesitation, I give The Parkway Luxury Apartments a well-deserved 5-star rating. If you're looking for a place that offers a quality lifestyle, you'll find it here."
"Excellent location. 15-20 minutes to downtown. Secure entrances. Modern, well kept. Spacious apartments. Managerial staff very responsive and quick. Reasonably priced. Not sure you can do better!!! Must see!!"
"I've had the pleasure of living in my apartment for the past two years, and I must say it has been a good place to live. The apartment is among a few luxury apts near UB north campus. Additionally, I am satisfied with the spacious room of apt 101."
"I highly recommend staying at this apartment complex. It is very clean and is well maintained. The manager is a very kind and caring person, and he is very knowledgeable and helpful! This has been my best renting experience so far, and I am sad to leave such a wonderful place."
"I do not recommend staying at this apartment complex. First of all, it is way overpriced for a non gated community. Second of all, you will get charge couple of hundreds dollars for carpet cleaning that should only be $100 or so. The manager is a young college kid who is extremely rude and unprofessional. This company took advantage of people for their money. It’s funny how they charge for everything when they’re supposed to clean everything up for the next person to move in. They also charged me $62 for an extra day that I didn’t even stay in an apartment. I was just waiting for them the next day so I can return my key since I had classes till late evening. Money hugger company!! Do not recommend !!!!"
