"Got gel manicure two days later chipping. Polish is inferior do not use gel light for polish. Use heat to cure nails. I spent $100 a week ago and polish is completely chipped. The pedicure was amazing"

"I’m new to the area and just googled nail salons near me. Beyond Nails & Spa seemed like a good choice despite the mixed reviews. I made an appointment over the phone. They didn’t ask for my info, which I found odd. I showed up at 6:30pm(they close at 7:30)for my appointment. I went in to have my dip removed and redone. My nail tech was Hillary. She was kind but quiet. Her attention to detail was great. I showed her a picture of the ghost design I wanted for fall and she did great. I felt bad because i didn’t get out until after 8pm, but they were really nice about it and didn’t rush me out. They were upfront and fair with prices. I didn’t wait at all to be seated. It didn’t seem busy around the time I went. The salon looked newly renovated and clean. I’m looking forward to going back and getting a pedi!"
