"I have lived here for seven months now and I absolutely love it here. Sandy and Joan in the office have been extremely helpful and always get back to me promptly. The maintenance crew Nelson, Juan and Tom are top notch: The few minor repairs were taken care of very quickly and when my air conditioner needed to be repaired they installed a new unit in one day. It’s a lovely setting and very private."

"Have been a resident at Pleasant Meadows for one month and so far it has met my expectations. I had many questions and concerns prior to moving in and property manager was very patient, listened and was helpful to answer any questions I had. There were a few minor things that needed to be fixed and maintenance staff was prompt in responding. Since I am a fairly new resident I can't comment on much else except maybe the landscaping and grass could be taken care of better although I know this past winter was not the best. Would recommend it here if you are looking for a clean, friendly and safe community to live in."

"I do not recommend it here. It all comes down their property manager. I’m not sure what she does all day but it ain’t her job. Could use an attitude adjustment too. Half the time recycling isn’t collected, during the winter they don’t plow your driveway unless you’re out by 5AM and then they never bother coming back through later in the day, you flat out don’t get a response from the property manager when you reach out, aside from lawn mowing there is no landscaping work done on the property so half the units look messy/overgrown, there is zero communication from management regarding plans for emergency situations (like the blizzard we had this past winter - the property manager couldn’t be bothered to send something about plowing), garbage blows through the area constantly from tipped over cans and no one cleans it up. Just don’t waste your time here."

"I've only been a resident for 2 weeks but so far I love it the community is so peaceful, my neighbors are so nice, all the units give you a sense of private single home living the maintenance staff and office staff have been extremely nice and helpful, the units are modern with all top of the line fixtures and appliances, it is very conveniently located close to everything, I'm really happy to be a pleasant meadow townhome resident"

"Today is a bittersweet because I am moving. I was a resident at Pleasant Meadows for 3 years and I thoroughly ENJOYED living there! Every maintenance request was handle prompted by Tom or Nelson ( sometimes I seemed to get a knock at my door as soon as hitting send on the portal) and all of the office staff headed by Sandra was professional & efficient. My school age daughter made friends and even became bff with the lifeguard Hannah. With the cost of living steadily rising around us pleasant living is possible and affordable at Pleasant Meadows.... I give them A+"
