"Went to look at Christmas trees only to find hardly any guess tomorrow I'll go to a nursery near me just stinks cause last few years home depot was were I knew I could find a great tree at a great price, guess not this year"
"Great place, nice and friendly staff. Good plant varieties."
"This Home Depot is probably the WORST place I have ever been. I paid for a propane exchange around 2:30 PM today and was sent to Lawn and Garden. I waited in line at Lawn and Garden for a couple minutes only to be sent to customer service. Once I was helped at customer service, they paged someone THREE times!! No one ever came. Apparently you have to be "certified" to exchange tanks. This is the ONLY Home Depot I've even been to that's required this. After twenty minutes, I was STILL waiting. At that point I was ready to just get my money back and leave. After five more minutes, an employee said "Have you been helped yet?" I responded with "No, I'm waiting on propane." He went around the store and was actually the only person who helped me in that time. The propane guy finally came and told me where to bring the empty tank. Once I got there, the tank was already waiting for me. When you're supposedly required to be "certified." By the time I was done with all of this, it was 3:10. I'm so glad I won't be using them again."
"The most inefficient Home Depot location I have ever been to! Do not shop here, unless you have time to waste. Went yesterday (Sunday) at 6:30 PM (place closes at 8), went straight to the cashier and paid for a tank of propane, in exchange for the empty one I had. Normal procedure is, you pay first, then you bring your receipt to the Lawn & Garden area, then someone will meet you there with your tank of propane. The cashier there announces over the PA system, for "someone to bring over a tank as a customer is waiting". Waited 5 minutes, no one arrives with my tank of propane. Cashier makes another announcement, still no one shows up. Makes a third announcement, and again nothing. 15 minutes in and no one was coming. At this point, I was already annoyed, however, I kept my cool and patiently hoped that the next person I was passed to, would be the right one to bring my tank. Not the case. It seems that a person needs to be licensed in order to retrieve this tank. 30 minutes go by, 6 or 7 people later, and still no tank. Apparently, NOT ONE PERSON THERE, AT THAT TIME, HAD A LICENSE to give me my tank. By then I had had enough and just asked for my money back. I called Home Depot's 1-800 number and filed a complaint. They said the manager from that store will call me. Guess what? Nobody called. Sorry Home Depot but you just lost a customer. Loewe's will be getting my business from now on."
