"I had a appointment at 1pm, Arrived at 1pm. I was told to wait, another person walks in behind me a couple minutes later, also says she has an appointment at 1pm. They take her first even after she arrived after me. I was told to wait 5 minutes, I waited 20 minutes and left. I do not like when people's long term customers come in front of new customers. I was told she was just giving payment, but for 20 minutes? I received a phone call about 10 minutes after I left at 1:30 pm, asking to come back and I said No. Then she asked me to drop it off multiple times and I told here I did not wanted to drop them off. I wanted to do it with a Tax Pro. Very poor customer service skills. I also had a problem booking the appointment when I called the day prior. Just overall a Bad Experience. I will not be returning to this location ever again."
