"Where to begin, did my taxes on 2-9-23 and it’s now almost June. Called Customer service as I had no updates on this, as well as the IRS website stated they never got anything from my branch. Customer service explained how “they filed it 3 times but all with incorrect information” and they went on to state that “that branch is a seasonal one, so they are closed until next year” I worked with the only intelligent lady at the store, but after the time of filing she went out on medical leave (thoughts and prayers to her and her family) Since she has been out, that store operated like a chicken without a head, and did not contact me to inform me, if any issues/errors/delays, they did not send out the correct information to the IRS (which they had from all the paperworks given to them, they simply passed it along to a year round branch, I was informed about via Customer Service) as well as did not offer any professional services. They have no problem taking the 155 dollar processing fee, but when it comes to doing the job, without the lady I worked with, the company crumbled at that branch. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE! Do yourself a favor, go to other places (or even TurboTax) as they would have this done a LONG time ago, and would have contacted you if any issues occur (unlike this company) AWFUL way of doing business."
