"The management did not verify any complaint that came from neighbors, as if these neighbors were confident in their truthfulness while you were considered dishonest. They immediately decided not to renew the contract, even in a humanitarian situation like mine. My husband underwent a disc surgery, and our baby was only 40 days old. The weather was extremely cold with snow, and my two kids had to be transferred to different schools, leading to their psychological exhaustion due to the change in school and separation from their friends, affecting their academic performance, despite them being among the top students. We tried our best to extend the contract for just one more month, but they were completely unresponsive. I don’t understand why this lack of empathy existed, especially since we never delayed rent payments. I was very saddened by the situation, but now I have a much better apartment with an excellent management team. Thankfully, I moved away from that place, which seemed like the end of the world, very gloomy, and lifeless."

"Just visited someone at dockside, it's been 3 days since the ice storm and this person can not access their own garage wich happens to have their vehicle in it. Good job dockside! Way to treat your senior citizens she was given an email address and told sorry, nothing can be done till Monday! These are luxury apartments?? They don't even have maintenance. They are charging renters for the cost of 24/7 maintenance services yet the renters are hiring family, friends, and outside contractors for help because dockside has no maintenance employees. Shame on you dockside shame on you! You should be reimbursing all your tenants. You are failing to uphold your end of the lease. You sicken me as I know how much you charge to rip your renters off monthly. Who thought there could be a slum lord at a luxury apartments?? This is SOLID ICE! Talk about a safety hazard. Someone lives in the apartment that you continuously plow the snow and ice into"

"I Love Dockside so much, there is beauty peace and quiet, the neighbors are very friendly and they love pets. I enjoy Walking my Dog Everyday. The Leasing office they are Amazing Dana Sari and Larry are great they went above and beyond for me,Reciving me with a Smile and They always responds to my questions, always helping me and when i first went to see Dockside they where so kind. I have no words to describe how Happy me and my Family are here in Dockside!! Great place to live and Astonishing Custumer service in the Leasing office they make u feel right at home."

"Luxury, security and a great community for children. I couldn’t ask for more. The staff is friendly, the grounds are beautiful and Dockside Village offers great amenities and community events. The end of summer event was so much fun for me and my 5 year old daughter to attend. This community is in a great area with good schools. I will recommend Dockside Village to everyone I know."
