"Bobby is terrible to work with. I mean. Terrible. Inconsiderate. I had a temperature issue. In upstate New York. So the apartment would get to 40 degrees in the winter and 85 degrees in the summer. Didn't fully get fixed for a year. One guy came about halfway through the lease and did something to it and said "ok don't touch the thermostat," which he had set to 75 degrees. I said "do you really expect me to keep this apartment at 75 degrees for the remainder of my time here?" he said yes. Just flat out avoid this place. For as much as I paid at the Winston on 230 Genesee Street, there are other places that are nicer and cheaper. Their entire staff was a headache to deal with. Do yourself a favor and stay far away."

"Beware! This place is dangerous...Massive sewer issues here. The water floods through your apartment from the backed up sewer system whenever it rains hard...Rats Possums and Racoons are frequently seen because of the trash just lying around the tiny dumpster in back!... Disgusting!... Don't go here!"

"I am a student who rents here and Margot is the best Management/property Manager i have come across so far. Margot puts all her tenants needs at the top of the list no matter who you are. She makes sure the apartment and everywhere else looks clean and most importantly safe which i appreciate a lot. I would say if you want to rent here in Utica especially as a student because we all need to be somewhere we feel safe this is the place to come."
