"Very bad, i made my return tax on 2019 here And they didn’t report it to the IRS now i have to pay the same Amount i paid in 2019. And there’s not tax return said by the IRS. INCREDIBLE"

"They should put a sign up or something saying they’re only available for people who’s taxes they have done, & not for anyone who just has a question. My dad received a letter from the IRS in the mail & I wanted to verify it’s authenticity before we actioned on it (calling the IRS has been a nightmare!). We went to this H&R Block today 5.27.21 to see if a tax preparer has ever seen this letter before. The Caribbean chick wouldn’t even let me take the letter out of my pocket. “I can’t help you because you didn’t do your taxes here! I can’t see your return!” Just extremely dismissive for absolutely no reason. I didn’t ask her to look up his return, I was just wondering as a “tax preparer” has she ever seen a letter like this before. My dad is a nice guy, he entertains nonsense. I simply walked out. I don’t deal with unnecessary attitudes. We called an accountant located on Castle Hill avenue & OVER THE PHONE without issue, she explained the letter we received, which we learned was very common. Don’t go to this place! With her FUNKY attitude! Take your business elsewhere!"

"Came here last year had no problem but this year was a complete Mess, they gave me an appointment for 11 a.m and when I show up the location was closed, Then after another scheduled appointment that was given to me by the way for 9a.m a representative wasn’t even there. This locations business hours are from 8a.m - 8p.m I waited nearly two hours and still no show along with other people coming in with scheduled appointments with no representative on site, Just the woman behind the desk who also did not know when a representative would come herself. Very unprofessional and unorganized!"
