"I love having personal service eyeball to eyeball with the owner. He knows more than I'll ever know about computers. He makes sure you're satisfied with the service and is accessible if you have any questions afterwards. I don't know how you could ask anymore. The pricing is very fair. I think it's absolutely crazy that Google will actually post a one star review that someone gives just because they were not open!!! Or a one star review because they asked how much it would cost and they tell them $85 an hour. They are just being honest why should you be punished for that. ...Just because you go to a restaurant for example and think it's too expensive doesn't mean you should give them one star. It just means you're personally not willing to pay it. But some of us believe in getting what you pay for. I read the reviews and judge for myself I think Google has a horrible star system. I will be back and have been back multiple times and have always been completely happy with my results."

"I stopped to ask about a tune up on my computer and he told me he charges $85 an hour! I turned and walked out. It only cost me $25 when I've been to Willow Bay a few years ago! They had a set price! I see where they moved to now so I will go to them!"

Richard at the Computer Den was able to retrieve all my important files and was gracious enough to tackle it without an appointment the moment I brought it in on a Friday afternoon of all days. He really helped me out of a 911 situation. He could have taken advantage of my desperation but didn’t. He’s very knowledgeable and conducts business with integrity. Highly recommend!"
