"This was my go to place for filing my taxes. However, I submitted all my paperwork to them in July and was told that my taxes were filed. It’s now August 31st and I haven’t been able to get in contact with anyone from this business since July. I have called numerous times, left multiple emails and I’ve even driven past. Their store front is always closed. I hope everyone is ok but it sucks that no one reached out to me before they took my documents and went MIA. To make matters even worse I checked the IRS website and my taxes weren’t even filled yet."
