We look out for each other. First time in my life living in apartment building if I had to do it again we would choose Regency Court Apartments again."

"Regency doesn’t disclose the details in regards to what comes with the apartment. Until you find out after the signing of the lease. Water is the only thing that is included with the rent. NO HEAT! They would let me opt out but they won’t reimburse me my security deposit. So I’m stuck! Failure to disclose before the tenant signs the lease should be a violation of the lease. Stay Leases must use words with common and everyday meanings and must be clear and coherent. Sections of leases must be appropriately captioned and the print must be large enough to be read easily. (General Obligations Law § 5-702; NY C.P.L.R. § 4544.)"

"As a current resident of Regency Court for almost a year, me and my fiancé’s experience here has been a very enjoyable one! The complex is very well kept, maintenance is always quick to respond to any issue, and when it came to the snow in the winter they were always quick to clear the parking lots. The apartments are very spacious, with modern appliances, great air conditioning and heat as well as looking great (we love exposed brick in the kitchen!) Can’t wait for the warm weather to spend more time on the patio and then time at the pool! The location of the complex as well is very convenient with so many options for food, grocery shopping and a short drive to downtown Buffalo. As a former resident of Lancaster, I highly recommend anyone to consider Regency Court to live especially if you are looking to live in the Orchard Park area, or just want to be that much closer to the stadium once the Bills’ season begins!"
