"Neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The property manager Kathie and the maintenance team are friendly and always incredibly helpful! Had issues with certain parts of the apartment, called the office and they were quick to help and solve the problems right away! Always felt like a priority. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice place to call home."

I was able to leave her messages when she was out of the office and she got back with me promptly, as my wife and I were looking for a bigger apartment relatively quickly. Kathie made it all happen very quick! Before we knew it, we were writing the deposit and signing the lease after maintenance was all done fixing it up within a couple week time frame from putting the deposit down to reserve the apartment at Porter Manor. Very nice place to live, very clean and Kathie made all of our anxieties with moving disappear!"
