"I lived there for a little over one year. If your thinking of renting, you should know that you'll have an electric & gas bill. I loved the size of the Master Bedroom!! - the rest of the duplex (or mine at least) was very small. You can hear your neighbors that you share your section of the Duplex with. They are Section 8 friendly which was nice! Parking can be tricky and I received 2 parking tickets while living there. The women at the office were wonderful and very friendly."

Worst of All adding insult to injury Additionally making A Poor Person on Disability and Social Services Take a $100,000 Dollar Renters Policy For Very Old Apartment Unkept Maintenance. Now I'll need to Get a Lawyer so I Don't get Put out on the Streets For Not being Able to Pay their High Profit Unfair Increase. Unbelievable"
