"Started off a little rocky. But maintenance resolved my issues promptly. Only complaint is my carpets were not cleaned to my satisfactory. I'm losing $100 of my security when I move out to have dirty carpets when I move in. Be prepared to spend the day cleaning but seems standard these days no matter where you move. If carpets were cleaned properly I would give 5 stars. Very spacious, quiet and peaceful here. Might be here a long time!"

"DO NOT APPLY TO LIVE HERE!!! One of the main reasons is that the management is atrocious. The management take the company money (that is meant to be spent on maintaining property and apartments) and use it to renovate, decorate, and completely supply their own properties. They buy things on company credit and they have the maintenance men (of all types of trades and abilities) go to their own houses/ properties to work on COMPANY TIME!!! The workers are getting paid to go to management's properties and renovate using supplies and equipment that was bought with company money. This is all being done under the nose of the owners as well, management is getting away with this and needs to be brought to attention with a company audit or some type of investigation on the owners part. Not to mention how poorly tenants are treated by management as well. I'm not blaming anything on anyone except for management. This is NOT okay."

"My experience here is great. Only problem I have is that I have a neighbor who stares at me constantly when I'm coming home and when I'm leaving to go to work. So I'm going to rate this at 4. I like the size of my apartment I like how cheap the rent is for my animal. Office people are really friendly maintenance guys are really friendly. It's a great beginner apartment."

"The apartments have mold issues!! The management is terrible their solution was to just wipe it away, not take care of the mold problem seeping into the walls!! During the winter they barely salt the walkway, two of my neighbors fell down and hurt themselves very badly. The apartments are extremely drafty and freezing in the winter time. Unless you like mold, ice, and stepping in dog poo because that is everywhere on the property.. I strongly advise looking elsewhere. This is not a family friendly place either. I understand now why some call this apartment the ghetto of Grand Island!! There is a constant smoke odor in the hallway. The apartments also have plumbing problems. My apartment flooded four times that we stayed there! Stay away if you value your health, and wellbeing! Your money can be better spent elsewhere!!"

"I live in a townhouse. It is a 2 story apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 and a half bathrooms, it includes laundry and air conditioners and isn't too expensive. I pay $1020.00 monthly. Recently it was bought out by a new owner and this new owner has been far better about maintaining the property. The lawn gets mowed often, they are fixing siding and roofing, they also snow plow and shovel during the winter. My one complaint is a lack of a garage to park your car, this is annoying during the winter months. Other than this, i have no complaints about living here."
